Fordingtons Builders has been established for over 15 years. Having grown substantially over this time we still retain the original builder’s yard where we started in the Fordington Green area of Dorchester from which we derive our name.

We pride ourselves on the outstanding reputation that we have built up and our clients can expect the highest standard of service, quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. This is reflected in the fact that the majority of our work comes on recommendation

We directly employ our own skilled and experienced tradespersons and specialise in the renovation of period and listed properties as well as specialist refurbishment projects. Our client base is varied and includes private clients and local businesses as well as churches, and schools throughout the area and local authorities such as West Dorset District Council and Dorset County Council.

Whilst the size and number of projects that we are able to undertake has grown over the years we still maintain a healthy regard for small works and are always pleased to give advice as well as discuss any specific project large or small that you might have.
